The Full-Size Floor Plan
The base sits 8 feet on the flatbed tray, the same footprint as the Hudson Bay 8'. What's different is a rear kick-out that extends the interior to 9 feet 6 inches wall-to-wall, front to back. That extra foot and a half is what opens up the layout inside.
Here's what the 9-foot-6 interior makes room for:
- A U-shaped dinette for eating, working, and hanging out
- A queen bed that sleeps 4 or more
- A wet bath standard, the toilet and shower together in one sealed space

Big-Rig Power and Water
The High Country is sized for longer stretches off-grid. It carries 440 watts of roof solar on two 220-watt panels, with room to expand, feeding a 3,000-watt Victron inverter with a Cerbo GX to monitor and manage the system. A 130-liter Isotherm drawer-style fridge and freezer handles the food. Fresh water is 38 gallons with a 12-volt pump and a sight gauge, and unlike the lighter-duty pop-ups, the High Country holds 15 gallons of gray water right in the cabin. Heat and hot water come from a Truma Eco Combi.
Still a Pop-Up
Here's what sets it apart: all of that drops down to 64 inches for travel and storage. Construction is composite panels on OEV's aluminum exoskeleton, the same build that runs through the whole line, so there's no wood to rot and no particle board to shake loose. It's lightweight for its size, expedition ready, and built to stay under your GVWR. For the flatbed mount, OEV recommends the HD or HDX from Aluma Tray, its sister company under the Lite Industries umbrella.
